As a business broker/partner with Stony Hill Business Brokers, Mike and his partners have sold businesses in a wide array of industries: Personal and Professional Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Technology, Healthcare, Transportation and Wholesale & Distribution.

 

Previously, Mike was a Finance Director with PNC's “Global Investment Servicing” division, and after the division was sold to Bank of New York Mellon, a line of business controller. His other finance experience includes surety underwriting, credit management and accounting with well-known companies such as Rite Aid Corp. and Travelers and private, but national, firms such as CentiMark Roofing.

 

Mike has also consulted for two publicly traded microcap (OTC and OTCBB) firms, wherein he provided strategic planning, finance, and valuation services, including an acquisition fairness opinion. His work has been reviewed by auditors, the Securities & Exchange Commission and courts. 

 

Mike earned his undergraduate degree in Economics from Penn State and his Masters in Business Administration (Finance emphasis) from the University of Pittsburgh. In addition, he is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) via the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
